See Fireflies at night




Firefly Yak Yah River, also known as fireflies, is Malaysia's largest habitat for fireflies. Yak Yah River is located about half an hour from the town of duty, Terengganu.

To see the fireflies, the tourists have to board the boat at the jetty Yak Yah River. Flicker is usually visible on the Yak Yah River by night. Do not expect the presence of flicker in the daytime because the insects will only be active and get out of his hiding place only at night.
